Spurred by lawsuits against energy companies over climate change, the National Association of Manufacturers today launched a campaign to fight what it calls “activist litigation.” The campaign of the Manufacturers’ Center for Legal Action — NAM’s legal arm — will consist mostly of a website, which will feature commentary, social media resources and other information.
